We will be joining with UrbanBetter Cityzens for some citizen science by bike and foot.

UrbanBetter Cityzens is a youth-driven, Africa-led global movement that leverages physical activity, citizen science and technology to increase the demand for healthy, sustainable places and enhance youth participation in urban decision making. We focus on urban places and spaces that shape the air we breathe, how we move and the food we eat.

We organise through Cityzens Hubs (1 Hub per city) hosted by mission-aligned locally-registered civil society organisations. The movement and its impact is growing with current Hubs in Lagos (Nigeria), Accra (Ghana) and Nairobi (Kenya), and aims to reach 100,000 Cityzens and 100 Hubs worldwide in the next decade. Check out the website for more information on how to bring this movement to your city!
